Located on the popular pedestrianised street of St Christopher's Place, Oxford St, Greengarden and St Christopher's House were refurbished into four residential flats and 2,750 sq ft office studio spaces respectively. The buildings two existing street entrances were remodeled to provide a dedicated residential lobby and an appropriate independent office entrance. Accessed from a rear glazed corridor looking onto private patios the first floor flats provide modern, well proportioned, open plan living spaces within the heart of London's retail quarter. Working within the structural constraints of the once compartmentalised office space, St Christopher's House has been opened providing bright, appropriately finished studios with sought after external terraces.
