Francesco Russo is a photographer with a background in architecture, based in London and Venice and working worldwide, specialising in architecture, interior design and the built environment. After graduating in Architecture at IUAV University of Venice and working as an Architect between Italy and the United Kingdom, he developed his knowledge in architectural photography at the London College of Communication (LCC) and decided to entirely dedicate himself to photography.
With an interest in various aspects of documenting architecture, Francesco has a keen eye on the relationship between people and the built environment as well as a passion for industrial architecture.
His work has been published in several books and magazines like ArchDaily, Architects’ Journal, Architectural Review, Dezeen, Dwell, Elle Decor, Grand Designs and Wallpaper* among others. Francesco is also the co-founder of Mass, a collective of Photographers documenting the built environment.
