Wall frieze from the tomb of Ramesses VI. Tomb KV9 in Egypt's Valley of the Kings was originally constructed by Pharaoh Ramesses V. He was interred here, but his uncle, Ramesses VI, later reused the tomb as his own. The layout is typical of the 20th dynasty - the Ramesside period. Ramesses VI Nebmaatre-Meryamun was the fifth ruler of the Twentieth Dynasty of Egypt. He reigned for about eight years in the mid-to-late 12th century BC

Wall painting depicting Prince Amun-her-khepeshef the eldest son and appointed heir of Pharaoh Ramesses III. Like many of his brothers, he was named after a son of Ramesses II, Amunherkhepeshef. He died when he was about fifteen years old. He is also mentioned as Ramesses Amun-her-khepeshef. He is not identical with his brother Ramesses VI, who was also called Amun-her-khepeshef before he became pharaoh. He is depicted in his well preserved tomb, QV55 (in the Valley of the Queens) He lived in the 20th Dynasty and died circa 1160 BC

Twentieth Century; original New Kingdom Nina de Garis Davies This facsimile painting copies the focal point of an offering scene in the tomb of an official (TT 226) at Thebes. It represents Amenhotep III enthroned beneath a kiosk. The king's mother Mutemwia stands behind him. Beneath the kiosk is a row of foreignors from Nubia and western Asia who praise the king with upraised arms. The name of the tomb owner is not preserved.The facsimile was painted at the tomb in 1914 by Nina deGaris Davis for the Graphic Section of the Museum's Egyptian Expedition. Kneeling Statue of Yuny. Dimensions: H. 129 × W. 54.9 × D. 90.5 cm (50 13/16 × 21 5/8 × 35 5/8 in.). Dynasty: Dynasty 19. Reign: reign of Seti I. Date: ca. 1294-1279 B.C..Yuny, shown kneeling, is dressed in the robe, wig, and sandals of a nobleman. His eyes and eye-brows, originally made as inlays, are now lost. Between his knees and outstretched arms he holds a shrine with a figure of the god Osiris. This is one of two statues of Yuny found in or near the tomb-chapel of his father, the chief physician Amenhotep, in the New Kingdom necropolis of Asyut. Yuny probably commissioned the chapel after his father's death. Graffiti on its walls show that the chapel was a place of pilgrimage in the Ramesside period, perhaps by visitors seeking the intercession of Yuny's father in healing ailments. Although Yuny himself is not called "physician" or "chief physician" on his monuments, he probably followed his father in that occupation, as he did in most of his other offices.
