Square model. Study material. In one corner of the linen, an open -worked square with a square grid was created by pulling out threads in two directions. In one corner, a start was made with enclosing the threads that form the grid. The openwork square is finished with feston stitches. The steel linen is finished with seams with a narrow edge of work with extended threads. The steel is intended as an example of how this technique works. The steel includes a fragment made with fine linen that is finished. The repeating pattern consists of two openwork and stacked ovals. The upper oval is slightly smaller, creating a type of eight -shaped motif. The successive loose eights are connected to each other by a mesh soil, a tuler floor. A bow edge runs along the underside of the strip, which forms semi -rounds with one eight per shell. The eights and the bow edge are made in linen battle with shiny contour threads. Three blocks are always made in form in the openwork eights. The top of the strip is straight finished. The scrap edge on the bottom is finished with picots. The strip side is wrapped around a blue shopping card, with a blue cover. On the label on the cover it says: 8 1/2 m a F1 pm.
