The instructor helps a young man practice walking once a week. The Science and Technique of Physical and Sports Activities courses specialising in adapted physical activity aim to develop professional skills to help with people who have specific needs (physical, motor, mental or sensorial disabilities as well as social handicap and elderly people). Depending on the sector, adapted physical activity provides physical training, functional or motor rehabilitation and can be used for health reasons as well as for leisure or passtime activities.

Dozier will be spending a year working in the fields of data science, artificial intelligence and machine learning with a group at the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory, an executive agency of the United Kingdoms Ministry of Defence.
