Over the past five weeks, TF 515 has been supporting the Long Range Maneuver of 1-66AR across Poland and Lithuania. During this exercise TF 515 provided Heavy Equipment Transportation (HET) and recovery support to all tracked vehicles enabling two wet gap crossings. The field feeding team provided over 12,000 meals across two sites. Lastly, three Convoy Support Center teams supported all wheeled vehicles convoys, providing over 35,000 gallons of bulk and retail fuel. This continuous support from the 515th Transportation Company, 18th Combat Supply Support Battalion, 16th Sustainment Brigade, allows 1-66AR the freedom of maneuver they require while in theater. It gives the transient Unit access to food, maintenance, and convoy support. These missions build repetitions towards excellence in one's craft, and allows for multiple Units to come together and accomplish the mission as a team.

Ryske 22 is a combined, joint training exercise conducted by the United States, Finland, and Norway to strengthen relations and help build interoperability between partner nations. The 2nd BCT is part of the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), under command and control of V Corps, America's forward-deployed corps in Europe, working alongside NATO allies and regional security partners to provide combat-credible forces.

Air Defenders from 5th Battalion, 4th Air Defense Artillery conducted a culminating Field Training Exercise with both their legacy Avenger and new Maneuver Short Range Air Defense systems at Grafenwoehr Training Area in Germany October 17-21, 2022. This FTX provided an opportunity for each platoon to react to mock contact, movement and maneuver techniques. During the exercise Air Defenders also conducted extraction of a stuck vehicle, calling up a 9-line medical evacuation request, evacuating personnel by air, navigation in low visibility conditions, and responding to enemy fire.

More than 600 Idaho Army National Guard Soldiers, joined by Soldiers from the Montana, Oregon, Ohio and South Carolina Army National Guards, have been training in Fort Bliss, Texas, since mobilizing from Gowen Field in early August. The task force, Task Force Rattler, will deploy to Southwest Asia later this month in support of Operation Spartan Shield, where they will rotate out with 250 Soldiers from the Idaho Army National Guard as well as Soldiers from the Montana, Nevada, Oregon and Florida Army National Guards. Each rotation is approximately 12 months. Soldiers from the 118th Infantry Regiment from South Carolina National Guard and the 285th Medical Company from the Ohio National Guard are also part of Task Force Rattler, which provide the task force the ability to execute combined arms maneuvers.
