Date: ca. 1861.In July 1861 the Paris-Lyon-Méditerranée (PLM) Railroad commissioned Baldus to produce an album of views of the rail constructions and principal sites served by the line between Lyon, Marseille, and Toulon. In the album, Chemins de fer de Paris à Lyon et à la Méditerranée, Baldus intermixed his landscape and architectural images with bold, geometric views of the modern landscape-railroad tracks, stations, bridges, viaducts, and tunnels-effectively addressing the influence of technology (of which both the railroad and the camera were prime examples) on the world and its representation.In the final pair of images in the PLM album, Ollioules Gorge and Toulon, Baldus restated the central theme of the volume: wilderness and civilization-Nature and Man. Skurup station.

The station opened in 1895 for public traffic. One- and one-half-story station house in wood. After a fire in 1902, a new station house was built. The station was built in 1885. In 1939 the station was built on a floor, where a modern residence for the station manager was furnished. The building is plastered and built at an angle. Opened 1.9.1877. The station house was built in 1888 when Kinnared - Ätrans Railway was completed. The station house was renewed in 1938
