Rydsgårds station opened by Malmö - Ystads Railway, MyJ 1874. The station house was built in 1876. Trelleborg - Rydsgårds Railway, TRJ had a locomotive here for two locomotives. The traffic area was closed down in 1978. The station house and the Lokstallet were demolished.
