The station opened for traffic on October 1, 1869. The building (single and one-half-story in brick) was modernized in 1946 when water and sewage were installed. Station opened 1/10 1869, stop 18/6 1973, but remain as a traffic technology station. Stationshuset sold SJ CC 420 with passenger train

Vaggeryd station. One -storey station house in brick with two gables to the track. The expedition premises were expanded and modernized in 1939.
