Haul Wrecked Truck From Tunnel. A New York port Authority vehicle hauls a truck from the Manhattan entrance of the Holland Tunnel in New York, May 13. Earlier an explosion of drums of chemicals on another truck set off a fire which spread to other trucks in the under water Tunnel. Capt. Philip N.
