Site 1 is now practically complete, Site 1A 50% finished. - Through the window one sees West Green Site 4A at an intermediate stage of construction. Britain's Youth Prepares- Girls Create Allotments on Bomb Site, London, England, 1942 Members of the Girls Training Corps work to create an allotment on a patch of land that was once part of the garden of 145 Piccadilly, the former home of the King and Queen.
