'New pyjamas show longer lines, sailor collar and feminine bows'. These three models, high of waist and long of limb, are typical of the new feeling for lenght which pervades the mode. They are tailored in rich washing satin or crepe-de-chine with trimmings of applied bands and bows in contrasting colours. Date: 1930
