Virginia National Guard Soldiers and Airmen assist with a drive-thru COVID-19 testing site run by the Virginia Department of Health Eastern Shore Health District May 8, 2020, at the Eastern Shore Community College in Melfa, Virginia. Michigan National Guard Soldiers with Michigans Task Force Spartan partnered with the Washtenaw County Health Department, performing no-cost nasopharyngeal swab COVID tests for residents to ensure safety of vulnerable populations, Whitmore, Mich., Oct. 17, 2020.
