High School Navy Junior ROTC SeaPerch remotely operated vehicle (ROV) submersible maneuvers through obstacles in the Everett YMCA of Snohomish County pool. SeaPerch is an innovative underwater robotics program that equips teachers and students with the resources to build an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV).
