A variety of historical photos capturing architectural landmarks, daily life scenes, and natural landscapes, presented in monochrome and sepia tones to evoke nostalgia.

In this photograph, a range correction board can be seen on the left, with a range prediction board on the right. The range correction board is used to adjust the plotter's range for various factors such as powder and atmosphere correction, tide correction, and the travel of the target. This information is then sent to the gunner for accurate shooting. The picture was taken by S.C. Combs, a photographer for the military.

Baking bread plays a vital role in supplying the daily needs of Vietnamese families in the Cam Lo area during the Vietnam War. In this image, taken on May 2, 1969, a member of a 100-member Buddhist cooperative pushes a tray of dough into a large wood-fired oven at the Cam Lo bakery. Operated by the cooperative, the bakery produces enough bread to meet the growing domestic demand of local Vietnamese residents. This photograph was taken by Sgt. Pat Schackmann of the Marine Corps and is part of the collection of American military activities during the Vietnam War.
