Demetry Melonisk, known as the "Strong Man" of the 315th Field Hospital, holding a 300-pound bell. Melonisk carried the bell from the trenches to his company's camp, where it is now used for gas and air raid alarms. This bell was originally used by the Germans for the same purpose.
