The "Cynophere", or dog-powered velocipede. It was invented by the French mechanic M. Huret and patented on December 14, 1875. It consisted of a three-wheeled vehicle, a kind of tricycle, weighing 80 kilograms and was moved by two dogs placed on the inner wheels simulating walk . It reached a speed of 10 kilometers per hour.
