Franco-Prussian War: 'the unloading of a steam-boat at the Quai de Louvre, which was the first vessel that came up the Seine to Paris, freighted entirely with articles of food. She belongs to London, and had taken more than a fortnight to perform the voyage hence to Paris, being delayed many days in the river by the ruins of the bridges destroyed between Rouen and Paris.
