PEARL HARBOR (Jan. 3, 2013) A line handler assigned to USS Lake Erie (CG 70) watches the guided-missile destroyer USS Russell (DDG 59) depart Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam for the last time. The crew of USS Russell is scheduled to swap hulls with USS Halsey (DDG 97) out of San Diego in late January.
