Lushai L of C -- One off the toughest tasks in Burma Warion Japan was supply for the fighting men in Lushei hills. Lines of communication reached 300 miles from Chittagong. To Nepalese soldiers of the Indian Pioneer Crops fell the task of keeping them open. Much of the hard work was over a 5 or 6 days journey in native khastis on the karnaphuli, flowing from the Lushai hills.Porters of the Indian Puoneer crops back their ***** for along march.
