Bar glass with King David and Bathseba. This bar glass is a special rarity as it combines two decoration forms in a unique way: sodes and enamel painting. The attached sodes, the greenish coloring and the rod shape of the glass are typical of the tradition of the medieval glass huts of the European North. The email color technology was taken over by the famous Venetian glass artists. The colorful scene is the biblical story of King David: He watches the young bathseba while bathing and falling in love with her.
