In terms of format, the album contains 26 Cartes-de Vision, eight cabinet photos and six other sizes. Photo album of a holiday in Sorrento by Norbert van den Berg, 1954, Norbert van den Berg (1901-1972), 1954 scrapbook Scrapbook with 91 photos and two photomechanical prints. 79 photos are stuck and twelve are loose in the front of the album. The album has 28 pages of which one side was used to stick photos. The photos consist of 83 development gelatin silver prints and eight chromogenic prints. It shows a holiday in Sorrento in 1954, including places in the area such as Capri, Pompeii and Paestum. Most photos were taken by Norbert van den Berg or someone from his area (presumably Lou Retra); In addition, they are supplemented with postcards that have been purchased on the spot. The book contains the text of and illustrations with the story 'Theuerdank' (or 'Teuranck', 'Theuerdanck', or 'Tewerdank'). This fictionalized love history was prepared by Emperor Maximilian I of Habsburg and written down by Siegmund von Dietrichstein, Marx Treitzsaurwein and mainly Melchior Pfintzing that it prepared for publication in 1514. The story is about the adventures of Ridder Theuerdank (Maximilian I) en route to Ehrenreich (Maria Hertogin of Burgundy) with the aim of making her court. Supported by the Good Spirit Ehrenhold, he tries to defeat opponents Umfallo, fürwylig and Neidelhart (which represent three phases of life). Maria had already died in 1482, so this story can also be read as a tribute to the marriage. The illustrations were largely designed by Leonhard Beck (77 pieces) and further by Hans Schäu

Album in band covered with plasticized woven fabric (linen) and printed in imitation leather pattern in yellow and brown. The album contains 27 blades of black cardboard, held together by two metal screws. The photos were taken in the late 1920s, early 1930s and the album may have been compiled by the Guilonard family.
