Strip bobbin with horns of abundance, anonymous, c. 1850 - c. 1860 Strip of black bobbin: chantilly side. On an empty traly land there are hollow horns of abundance along the heavy and wide scalloped bottom, where smaller horns extend, which are interrupted by Bolle C-Voluten. Forced branches rise from the horns with anemones, tulips, daffodils and lily of valleys. The sculptures in turn show a range of leaves and a thick garland of anemones and other flowers. Kloskant's Albeco smoke with feathered leaves and pineapples, anonymous, c. 1730 - c. 1750 Albesto smoke of natural -colored Brabant bastard. The repeating pattern is asymmetrical and closed, the motifs are connected by picoted braids. Here and there the braids walk past the motifs. The pattern consists of two different standing lanes, formed by wavy feathered leaves, resulting from stretched pineapples. Between the lanes, smaller stripped star, palm and chalice are contained between fine incised leaves. From above these are, as it were, poured out of a chalice -shaped double leaf or a drinking horn, which also comes back as a motif at the bottom of the strip. Volwerk in Linnenlag and Netslag, with cracked relief contours, so -called ribs. Filling of motifs with decorative land. The top is finished with a cracked edge. Panel with Peonies and Rocks 18th century China This panel probably came from a chair cover. Chinese chairs were not upholstered but were covered with long decorative chair strips, which often had independent pattern zones for the four parts of the chair they covered. Viewed from the front, three zones corresponded to the front legs, the seat, and the chair back; the fourth zone decorated a small section that hung behind the chair at the top. It is likely that this panel is from the part of a chair strip that covered the chair's front legs.
