In the shape of a circular tower, with a figure on top. Below is a base of two steps. The bottom story is a colonnade with Doric columns before a back wall. Three steps are above it with female figures sitting upon the first one. The second story is like a pedestal with a band of figures aroudn the middle part of frieze.
