ACE not only requires novel equipment, but also innovative Airmen that can support the Multi-Capable Airmen (MCA) concept.

A C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Squadron, sits in a hangar at Yokota Air Base, Japan, Dec. 6, 2022. The C-130J Super Hercules returned from its mid-cycle paint with new stripes painted on the tail. A bold black outline was added to the existing red stripe making it two inches wider. The rest of the C-130J Super Hercules assigned to the 36th Airlift Wing will also receive new stripes in the near future.
