Combat medics take the blood pressure and heart rate of patients who come in to see a doctor at a little clinic in Santa Mission, a small Amer-Indian village in Guyana, South America. The medics are assigned to Detachment 5, State Area Readiness Command Army Medical Group, Kentucky Army National Guard, Blue Grass Station, KY and participating in this first combined humanitarian and civic assistance exercise conducted between the United States and Guyana.
