On July 8, 2022, Army Support Activity Fort Dix dedicated Military Training Classroom Building 5507 to the late New Jersey State Senator John Edward Dimon.  Senator Dimon was a US Army veteran of World War II and strong supporter of Fort Dix and the US military during his time in office. Current Fort Dix Base Commander COL Jon Brierton and Former Fort Dix Base Commander COL (R) Michael Warner were the keynote speakers at the dedication ceremony. Also in attendance was the Dimon family members. The son of Senator Dimon, Mark Dimon, accepted the tribute to his father.  (Photos taken by the Fort Dix TSC- Training Support Center)
