Norfolk (September 20, 2022) Retired U.S Army Chief Warrant Officer Five Philip Brashear speaks to Chief Petty Officer selectees from various commands in the Hampton Roads, Virginia region as part of the 21st Annual Chief Petty Officer Heritage Days Event. The event was hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, and allowed selectees to receive history and heritage training at the museum and aboard the Battleship Wisconsin. He eventually retired from the U.S. Army Reserve.
