Norfolk (September 20, 2022) Retired U.S Army Chief Warrant Officer Five Philip Brashear speaks to Chief Petty Officer selectees from various commands in the Hampton Roads, Virginia region as part of the 21st Annual Chief Petty Officer Heritage Days Event. The event was hosted by the Hampton Roads Naval Museum, and allowed selectees to receive history and heritage training at the museum and aboard the Battleship Wisconsin. CW5 Brashear served in the U.S. Navy in an enlisted capacity. He later joined the Virginia Army National Guard where he became a Warrant Officer Pilot in 1991. He eventually retired from the U.S. Army Reserve.
