Ecru, on the middle the coat of arms of Groningen, held by two golden, distant lions, covered by king's wreath. The lions stand on a white banderole, with in classic golden capitals: Jure and Tempore, the arms spell from Groningen since 1612. The whole has been placed on a trophy of cannons, degers, drums and banners. Attendance two up bent laundry branches with orange windows, held together by orange bow. The crowned weapon of Amsterdam rests against the mast of a waves behaved by waves.
