Standing with Sciaroni are Major General Paul D. Monroe, the Adjutant General and Commander of the California National Guard, and United States Representative Anna G. Esho, of the 14th Congressional District, California, Rep. Eshoo was instrumental in the effort to award LT. Sciaroni the Bronze Star for his actions during the war. LT.
