Governor Young Considers Mooney-Billings Pardon - Mrs. Rena Hermann Mooney, wife of Tom Mooney, who is awaiting Gov. young's decision at her home in San Francisco, Cal.Gov. C.C. Young of California, at his office in Los Angeles, Cal. today took up consideration of the report of the state supreme court which he will use as a basis in deciding the Pardon applications of Warren K. Billings and Thomas J. Mooney. He indicated that he will announce his decision within a few days.
