Amun-her-khepeshef was the crown prince of Egypt for the first 25 years of Ramesses II's reign but eventually predeceased his father in 1263 BC. Amun-her-khepeshef, as heir to the throne, held several titles. he and his younger half-brother Khaemwaset fought in the Battle of Kadesh and the campaigns in Nubia. He is known to have had a wife named Nefertari

Weavers, Tomb of Khnumhotep ca. 1897-1878 B.C. Middle Kingdom Norman de Garis Davies This facsimile painting copies part of a scene in the tomb of Khnumhotep (tomb 3) at Beni Hasan. The scene depicts a group of weavers. The women at the right are plying linen thread and the two at the left are weaving cloth on a ground loom. Stela of Tetu and Nefertjentet ca. 2124-1981 BC First Intermediate Period-Middle Kingdom The uneven proportions of the figures and irregular relationship between figures and objects, the lack of a base line for the upper register of women, and the existence of a wider margin on the left than on the right, place this image somewhat ouside the canon of Egyptian art. However, the lively color scheme and the spontaneity in the individual treatment of figures and objects lends it a charm quite of its own. As noted by Henry G. Fischer (MMJ 9, 1974, p. 29 n. 104), certain features such as the single shoulder strap in the women's garments link the iconography with the early New Kingdom. Twentieth Century; original New Kingdom Nina de Garis Davies This facsimile copies a detail from a scene of foreigners in the tomb of Menkheperresonb (TT 86) in the necropolis of western Thebes. The painting depicts two foreigners in a precession: the first is a Syrian; the second is from Crete. Each is identified by his attire and hairstyle. Wall painting inside the tomb (QV66) of Nefertari, in Egypt's Valley of the Queens. It was discovered by Ernesto Schiaparelli in 1904. It is called the Sistine Chapel of Ancient Egypt. In the Valley of the Queens, Nefertari's tomb once held the mummified body and representative symbolisms of her, like what most Egyptian tombs consisted of. Now, everything had been looted except for two thirds of the 5,200 square feet of wall paintings. ca. 1255 BC
