A dance with men in dresses paired with men in suits from a broadside entitled 'Los 41 maricones encontrados en un baile de la Calle de la Paz el 20 de Noviembre de 1901' 1901 José Guadalupe Posada This broadside depicts an event that took place on November 20, 1901 when 41 men wearing dresses and suits described on the broadside as 'homosexuals' (maricones) were discovered cavorting in a dance hall on the Calle de la Paz, Mexico City.
