Holiday Camps Get Going Again -- The camp has two large burs, can claim to be one of the very few places in the country where beer supplies never run out. Riding lessons are another of the Butlin attractions.Thousands before the war spent their holidays in the rowdy, cheerful atmosphere of a holiday camp. The war ministries found these camps ideal for training purposes and they were all taken over. New they begin to swing back to their pre-war atmosphere as barbed wire and blast walls are cleared away to make way for flower beds and dance halls.
