Louis-Michel Lepeletier (Louis-Michel Lepeletier de Saint-Fargeau) (1760-1793), Marquis of Saint-Fargeau. French jurist and politician. In the National Constituent Assembly, Lepeletier moved the abolition of the death penalty, the galley sentence and branding with a hot iron.
