Secretary Kempthorne was joined at the event by dignitaries including: Washington Congressman Norman Dicks, chairman of the House Subcommittee on National Parks; National Park Service Pacific West Regional Director Jonathan Jarvis; Mount Rainier Superintendent Dave Uberuaga; Interior Assistant Secretary for Water and Science, Kameran Onley; Nisqually tribal elder Zelma McCloud; and Peter Jackson of the Henry M.
