CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. -- NASA and Alliant Techsystems (ATK) managers discuss an agreement that could accelerate the availability of U.S. commercial crew transportation capabilities with media representatives in the Press Site auditorium at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
