The money rawers and death. Two men are in a room at a table on which many links, two books and a poor exchange. One of the men has a scale in hand, the other is attacked by the death (in the form of a skeleton) from behind with an arrow. There is a clock on the wall. In the foreground there is a cash box, in which there is a statue at the top of that Caritas represents. Under the show, space has been empty for a caption.

In 1812, the Grimm brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm, published Children and Household Tales, a collection German fairy tales. This illustration accompanied the tale "Brother and Sister" and shows the sister who has become a queen, the deer, which is the brother transformed after drinking from a spring betwitched by their evil stepmother, and her baby son. To the right is the evil stepmother who has found out they are all still alive and she is plotting her revenge. This image is from Grimms Eventyr (Grimm's Fairy Tales) by Carl Ewald, published in 1922. The frontispiece has the llustrations by Philip Grot Johann and R. Leinweber. Johann was a well-known German illustrator and did pieces for Goethe, but he considered his pieces for Grimm's tales very important. He died young and Leinweber succeeded him as illustrator for later editions of the tales.

Lazio Viterbo Tarquinia S. Margherita, Cathedral1. Hutzel, Max 1960-1990 Old church destroyed in a fire in 1643. It was rebuilt in 1646, restored in the late 19th century, with the facade and campanile restored in 1933. Exterior views include the facade and portal. Interior photos, aside from a few of the nave and altar, focus on the set of frescoes by Pastura with their painted friezes.
