According to the caption, these are Counts of Holland William XXVII and William XXVIII, Countess of Holland Jacoba XXIX and Counts Philip XXX and Charles XXXI (referring to William VI of Bavaria, John of Bavaria/Jan III, Jacoba of Bavaria, Philip the Good and Charles the Bold). This print is part of a series of eight numbered prints of the counts and countesses of Holland with accompanying explanatory Dutch texts in letterpress.
