Alarm message investigation and rescue service. 39 nautical miles to the west of Helgoland is a collision between the Norwegian tanker Anne Mildred Brøvig and the English coastal Pentland. The German tonnetger Walter Körte is busy with oil control. Around 16,000 tons of crude oil in the North Sea has ended up in the collision. A grumpman tracker of airplane squadron 2 (4) and a Neptune of airplane squadron 320 are on the spot.

Autumn trip from Smaleel 1 that consists of Hr.Ms. De Ruyter (the flagship), Hr.Ms. Amsterdam, Hr.Ms. Holland (from November 11), Hr.Ms. Rotterdam, Hr.Ms. Sea lion, hr.ms. The bitter (between 8 and 22 November) and Hr.Ms. The inhabitant of Zeeland. A portion of the squadron departed from Den Helder, another part from Rotterdam. The journey went VA Brest, Gibraltar, Livorno, La Spezia, Lerici, La Specia, Gibraltar, Falmouth, Plymouth and Portland back to Den Helder. The commander of the naval night in the Netherlands (CZM) Vice-Admiraal (VADM) The Vos van Steenwijk will be from Hr.Ms. Rotterdam during "vomiting light charges" to hr.ms. De Ruyter transferred.

An extensive travelogue can be read in the Jaarboek Koninklijke Marine (km) 1964 from page 431. Meeting with the sailing ships participating in the Sta Race. The ships have just left plymouth and are now on their way to Lisbon.

The Global Adventurer (1952-1975) from the Brown & Root Panama S.A. from Panama. The Global Adventurer was the 1st crane ship with a lifting capacity of 300 tons. The ship was involved in 1964 in the construction of the REM island (Pirate TV Station).

Photograph of Andros Trader Near Bimini. This image is one of a set of photographs taken of the fishing vessels involved in a shooting incident 12 March near Bimini. These photos were not released as no Coast Guard action was involved and the vessels were Bahamian and Cuban. The photos were shot with a K-20 aerial camera by an air crewman, and not by one of the rated photographers assigned.
