Exposing Napoleon to Elba; Travel to the island of Elba. Or Bonaparte with his supporters through a water-hoos to the moon. Cartoon on Napoleons Expectation to Elba and arrival there on May 4, 1814. Napoleon as a caricatural deformed being that of the country enters the water. Behind him two French generals with donkey ears, the front with bird legs. At the back of the devil with a French flag with inscription 'to the moon'. In the background right Cossacks that French soldiers respect the water, left French soldiers who are sucked into the moon in a waterhoos.

Renewed friendship between the Netherlands and England, 1799; Forget & Forgive or Honest Jack Shaking Hands With An Old Acquantance. Cartoon in which British soldiers dislodge the French from the Netherlands, a reference to the British-Russian invasion of 1799. A grateful Dutchman shakes the hands of an English sailor. A Dutch woman with bare bosom donates a glass of gin. In the background the ships of the British fleet, right flights French with leaving bags stolen money.

However, the Frenchman shows him stealing his empty exhibition. On the left a Prussian soldier and an English sailor. In the caption the texts of the four main characters. Part of a group of four cartoons on the patriots at the time of the Prussian raid in October 1787. The original version with English inscriptions issued in London. This illustration dates to the 1800s and accompanied "Japhet, In Search of a Father" (1836) and shows a clown performing with his partner in a town square. The novel was written by Captain Frederick Marryat, a Royal Navy officer during the Napoleonic Wars. He later went on to write novels, based in part on his experinces at sea.
