Prince Bernhard a flag to a peloton of 2nd cie., 422nd bat. Inf. to Balong (O. Java). The flag was donated as a result of a letter to Prince Bernhard of the Sold. H. J. Chaudron from Leiden. The prince asked the entire peloton to come up with the flag on soestdijk after returning to the home country. The flag was adopted by the Pelotons commander, the 1st lieutenant r.d.d.
