Dorpmüller, lowest to the left, was Director General of Deutsche Reichsbahn at the time of the visit and the Minister of Transport under the Nazi National Government. At the far right, Axel Granholm, then Director General of the State Railways, goes. The then head of the railways in Stettin, Friedrich Lohse is the man in the beard just above Dorpmüller.

Here when driving together with Archbishop Szechenyi, 13.10.1916 Archduke Karl War was from June 1916, upper-commander of a section of the Eastern Front and commanded several armies between Brody and the Carpathians. As part of this commander, Archduke Karl inspected his associated units.

Immediately upon his appointment he flung himself into his new duties with characteristic vigour. He is seen here arriving at the War Office accompanied by Lord Haldane, who was the current Lord Chancellor and former War Minister. Date: 1914

President Poincaré of France and his wife visit the captured St. Mihiel Salient during World War One. The photo was taken in a town at the heart of the salient, after its evacuation by the Germans. This town served as a junction point for two American divisions involved in the movement that captured Montseo. The photo was approved by the A.E.F censor.
