Axial CT scans of the abdomen of a 59-year old man, showing a large solid mass on one of his kidneys (left, around five seconds in to the clip). This is indicative of a tumour caused by renal cell carcinoma, or Grawitz tumour. He had presented with abdominal pain, although in many cases this cancer develops to an advanced stage before any symptoms are evident.

Aortic coarctation is a narrowing of the aorta, often considerable and sometimes complete, most commonly just past the point where the aorta and the subclavian artery meet. Aortic coarctation causes low blood flow, often leading to arterial hypertension.
