The Soviet his given every indication that it will compete in the 1956 Olympic Games in Melbourne. International Olympic Committee preside Avery Brundage said this in Moscow today, according to an American Associated Press message. "I'll put the question to them directly before I leave," Mr. Brundage said. Since the Soviet Union broke off diplomatic relations with Australia in April, where has been some question whether the Russians would participate in the next Olympics.
