Victim Of Double Murder: Mrs. Isobel Chesney:London: According to reports from Cologne, German Police have found the body of a man believed to be sought by London Police for questioning in connection with the murder of Lady Mary Mensies and her daughter Mrs. Isobel Chesney at the morning home they ran for elderly People in Montpelier Road, Raling Scotland Yard had been following up a line of inquiry that had led them to police in the Rhineland. Imelda R. Marcos (born Imelda Remedios Visitasion Romualdez on July 2, 1929) is a Filipino politician and widow of 10th Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos. Upon the ascension of her husband to political power, she held various positions to the government until 1986. She is sometimes referred to as the Steel Butterfly or the Iron Butterfly.
