German military album Second World War. German military photo album with a blue linen cover. The album contains 24 sheets of brown cardboard with 144 photos, spinning paper in between. Cord through the back. It is an album of a soldier who was probably radio telegraphy at the Luftwaffe. All photos with captions. In 1939 and 1940 many photos of military training in Germany, various residence and vacations at home. With "Belgien und Holland Verdlags" the part is about the Netherlands. The album's compiler can be photographed with a Dutch helmet, also photos of not exploded English bombs, English planes and damage to homes. Summer 1940 is back in Germany. On August 30 he is promoted to Wachtmeister.

Fighter-Bombers Wreck German Ammunition Train In Italy. Roccasecca,with its railway station and sidings packed with supply wagons, before the fighter-bombers came. An R.A.F. reconnaissance air craft,flying over the stretch of railway between Cassino and Rome, Photo graphed the station at Roccasecca. The sidings were packed with trucks, bearing supplies for the German forces. Fighter-bombers crew were briefed. headed for Roccasecca, planted their bombs accurately among the lines of wagons, returned to base and reported aircraft went out to photograph the target. January 13, 1944.
