Seabee Utilities Technician Third Class Robert H. Driver is seen operating a pipe cutting and threading machine at the plumbing shop in Camp Books Public Works Department. Driver, along with 34 other Seabees from the Naval Support Activity in Da Nang, is on detached duty to the Marine Force Logistic Command in Vietnam. They provide construction and maintenance support to the FLC Marines at Camp Books and also train local Vietnamese tradesmen in modern building techniques.
