Full Dress Again For The Guards -- Guardsman L. Cook of the Coldstream Guards wearing a Company Quarter-Master Sergeant's full dress uniform including bearskin helmet at the Chelsea Barracks, London. Tilley in present-day khaki.Eng., Londoners will see the Guards in full dress for the first time since 1939 at the Trooping of the Color ceremony in honour of the King's "official" birthday, on June 10th.
