A "Red Team" leader briefs civilian and military cyber and I.T. professions on their chosen tactics during the Cyber Yankee visitors day on June 16, 2022 in Niantic, CT. Cyber Yankee is an annual exercise that pits Blue Teams (network defenders) against a Red Team (network intruders/attackers) on a cyber range which is modeled after a critical infrastructure company's network. The Red Team models their tactics after those used by criminal, state actors, and non-state actors using recent and traditional tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs). Participants included critical infrastructure companies, National Guard units from each New England state, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and each branch of the U.S. military less U.S. Space Force.

Gaut, from Stockton, California, the commanding officer of the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), speaks to the crew during the ships celebration of the 30th year anniversary of George Washington in the aft mess decks. George Washington is undergoing refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) at Newport News Shipyard. RCOH is a multi-year project performed only once during a carriers 50-year service life that includes refueling the ships two nuclear reactors, as well as significant repairs, upgrades, and modernization.

Norfolk (September 21, 2022). Chief Petty Officer selectees from various commands in the Hampton Roads, Virginia region listen as LCDR David Wood, USN (Ret.) shares some of his experiences aboard the decommissioned Iowa Class Battleship USS Wisconsin (BB-64). David served 30 years in the U.S. Navy, and rose to the enlisted rank of Senior Chief (E-8). He received his commission, and eventually retired the rank of Lieutenant Commander. The presentation was part of the Hampton Roads Naval Museums 21st Annual Chief Petty Officer Heritage Days event. The three-day event allows CPO selectees to receive history and heritage training at the museum and aboard the Battleship Wisconsin. The event is held at the museum and aboard the Battleship Wisconsin, and is hosted in conjunction with area commands. The event is the longest running and largest of its kind in Virginia.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. Opened in 1911, NSGL is the Navys largest training installation and the home of the Navys only Boot Camp.
